Dr Chaturika Gunarathne is an experienced General Practitioner and Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners. She has been part of the Bargo Doctors team since 2020 and has developed strong relationships with many patients and families in the local community.
Dr Gunarathne is known for her caring, thorough and attentive approach to medicine. She takes the time to listen carefully, explain management options clearly and provide comprehensive, patient-centred care. She enjoys all aspects of general practice and is committed to supporting patients with professionalism, compassion and continuity of care.
Outside of medicine, Dr Gunarathne enjoys reading and travelling.

Dr Feebi Taniouse joined Bargo Doctors in 2024 and has since developed rapidly as a capable and well-rounded General Practitioner. She is now well known within the Bargo community and is valued for her excellent communication skills, approachable manner and ability to build strong rapport with patients.
Dr Taniouse takes a holistic and patient-centred approach to care, considering not only the immediate medical concern but also the wider factors that may affect a patient’s health and wellbeing. She is thoughtful, compassionate and committed to providing clear, comprehensive care to individuals and families.
Dr.Anusha MAduwanthi

Dr Anusha Maduwanthi is a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners with extensive experience in both General Practice and Emergency Medicine. She is passionate about providing comprehensive, patient-centred care and enjoys supporting patients across all stages of life.
In addition to her clinical work, Dr Maduwanthi is a practice owner with a strong interest in healthcare leadership, quality improvement and delivering high standards of patient care. She is also involved in Executive Health Assessments, focusing on preventive health, early detection and long-term wellbeing.
Dr.Marlon Kotikawatte

Dr Marlon Kotikawatte is an experienced General Practitioner and Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners. He has broad clinical experience across general practice, emergency medicine, hospital medicine and critical care, which allows him to take a comprehensive and practical approach to patient care.
As a practice owner, Dr Kotikawatte is passionate about providing high-quality, accessible healthcare to the local community. He values thorough assessment, clear communication and continuity of care, and enjoys building long-term relationships with patients and families.
Dr.Farjana Yeasmin

Dr Farjana Yeasmin has been practising medicine in Australia since 2019 and has experience across hospital medicine, general practice and residential aged care. She enjoys the variety of general practice and values building long-term, meaningful relationships with her patients.
Her clinical interests include mental health, women’s health, chronic disease management, children’s health, occupational health and geriatric medicine. Dr Yeasmin is committed to providing compassionate, comprehensive and patient-centred care to the Bargo community.
Dr.Madara Jayasekara

Dr Madara Jayasekara completed her medical degree at the University of Colombo, Sri Lanka, and has a strong background in anaesthesiology and critical care medicine. She has substantial experience working across emergency, anaesthesia and intensive care departments within South Western Sydney Local Health District.
Dr Jayasekara is passionate about general practice and providing holistic, patient-centred care. She values evidence-based medicine and keeps up to date with current clinical research and evolving medical practice.
Her clinical interests include paediatrics, mental health, chronic disease management and general medicine.
